Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
